Very interesting note about the license plate of the car: It's all the way from Magadan Oblast. This is a 'provence' on the other side of Russia and is actually in middle of nowhere near Kamchatka. I don't know why, but I can't imagine you can drive a car like this over there. There something very unusual about this situation.
