I think this is a LP580-2 with LP640-4 kit. These wheels were never offered on the LP640-4 EVO. Awesome spot though!

@Dalzzz Not sure why you would downgrade to the smaller wheels though. And the rear exhaust fitment looks off as the license plate doesn’t fit in the standard spot between the exhausts.
