I think it's just a gallardo spyder and FL Exclusiv did the wrap...
but it looks beautiful! I've seen him a few weeks ago and I think the owner had the Prior Design LP800 before, also wrapped by FL Exclusiv

@Julie_96, the owner is actually FL Exclusiv (M FL 100), they did the warp. But i think it's not finished 'til now, there will be more modifications.
