Normaal is een kenteken van Monaco toch anders, weet iemand wat voor iets dit is?

Nee het is wel degelijk een kenteken van Monaco,het stond er zelfs op.

Maar normaal bestaat zo'n kenteken toch uit 4 letters/getallen.
