Dit is waarschijnlijk een testwagen voor de GT3 RS.
Doordat er op een GT2 turbo's worden gemonteerd is er in de motorruimte te weinig plek om centraal geplaatste uitlaten te monteren. Dit is ook bij de 997 het geval waardoor de uitlaten een 'beetje raar' naar buiten zijn gericht.
