I first found this 2005 Ford GT parked on Greenwich Avenue on 2/1/2020 (photos 2-9). I found it again driving down Greenwich Avenue on 11/21/2020 (photos 1 and 10). The owner of this one has a rather large car collection. I will link all of his cars that I have spotted in the comments below.

Amazing find and cool shots! I missed one of these back in March while on a bike ride with one of my friends year and I've been looking for it ever since. It was amazing. Hopefully I will catch it again for another SOTD.
