If I had to choose 5 performance family cars I'd shortlist the following:
Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio (particularly the Giulia GTAm, obviously): I find this car one of the most beautiful in this category and the engine sounds beautiful too. In case of the GTAm it's also a very rare, desirable and raw track/family car.
Porsche Panamera Turbo S/GTS (971.2): another very beautiful but luxurious alternative with lots of power, definitely one of the best out there.
Lexus IS 500F Sport: stunning car, looks very pretty, aggressive yet understated but sounds incredible. I've also never seen one as they are incredibly rare here as you can't get hold of the in the UK.
BMW M3 G80 CS: absolutely amazing looking car, looks futuristic, aggressive and it's extra cool as a track focused model. The sound is once again great.
BMW M5 CS: for the same reasons as the M3, just it's obviously larger, more powerful and rarer.
I didn't include any old sporty family cars I love in this list because I don't think they fit in the same category. What would your list be?

Impressive list for sure., Linus. My list of cars are as follows. Chevrolet Corvette C8, Alfa Romeo 4C, Lexus LC500, Tesla Model S Plaid, Alfa Romeo Stelvio and Giulia Quadrifolio. I thought you ment practical/family cars not cars like the 4C or Corvette! 😅 This would change how I'd approach my list. I like your list too, love the 4C and LC500! Not sure about the Modal S Plaid, it looks good on the exterior and it's possibly a bit too fast one could say but I really don't like Tesla interiors. I've sat in a dark blue Model S Plaid which looked quite nice I must say but I was very disappointed by the interior as it feels very cheap and I find the steering in the Plaid a bit awkward. But it's definitely the nicest Tesla, the Model 3 Performance also looks ok too. There's a local Model S Plaid in Liverpool (believe it or not) which I see a lot but it was recently damaged by another car which is sad.
