@Shadowphotography that's very weird, because on French/Belgium/Dutch etc. you do need to fill in the CD in the license plates. So there isn't like 1 rule for the CD plates?

@Shadowphotography yes you do fill them in on dutch plates and Belgium plates for sure and on French one as well
